- This project consisted of a new 102,000 SF underground casino, built under the front lawn of the hotel that included shops, restaurants, and entertainment. IES Commercial & Industrial was awarded the contract based on Design Development drawings and partial scope was only initially awarded. Due to the short construction schedule, IES Commercial was brought on to work with the designers to get the project drawings completed with ongoing construction to be completed on schedule.
